If you are experiencing issues signing up or logging in, first check your username and password credentials. If you are happy that you are certainly using the correct information then please get in touch with us through the chat window on the Support page where one of our excellent representatives will be more than happy to help.
During this initial BETA of the platform, we may occasionally experience some cards that do not work correctly. If you by chance find one of these little guys, could you send us an email through the contact us form.. Letting us know the issue, what web browser you were on and what version of the operating system you are using it on. We’ll then aim to get that bug fixed and notify you when it’s ready to send
In either of these cases we need as much detail as possible from you. The best way to do this is open a support ticket with either our chat service or our email service. You will then be asked a series of questions and fingers crossed we can get to the bottom of the issue in time for you to send the e-card you wanted to all of your friends.
During this initial stage of release, we are constantly playing with the technology stack. This means, that from time to time we may downgrade the render engines to test specific fixes or optimisations. We understand that this can be frustrating, however, we are hoping this period of time will give us a good insight into what we require for the final release. We thank you in advance for you patience and understanding and hope you are enjoying the service regardless.
When you have selected the e-card you want, simple click on the upload photo from device or facebook. Then using the pop up edit window you can move the image to the correct location under the mask. Once you are happy and have all images uploaded and text changed. Simply click ‘render my e-card’ and send the card to the server for processing.
Once an e-card has been created, you should be taken directly to the My eCards page. If you haven’t then you can access it by clicking on your account icon in the top right of the homepage. There you will see a dropdown with the My eCards page on it.. Click that. Here you will see a list of the eCards you have created. Under each successfully generated eCard you will see a share button. Simply press on this button to navigate to the share page.
While we would be sorry to see you go, we do understand that sometimes these things are unavoidable. To cancel your subscription you simply need to go to you account screen and select the cancel subscription button. Here you will be asked for some information about the request and then once you click complete. You will be unsubscribed. Hopefully, we’ll see you back on the site soon but if not, god speed brave traveller.
